Year 5 students have been working with vivid oil pastels to create a glorious sunset behind a black skyline with reflections over water. 

This required the exploration of application and blending techniques with colour, colour terminology and understanding (complementary colours, etc) and understanding silhouettes ( as in building outlines).

Year 1 students have continued with drawing and colouring fruit, using oil pastels, to add to their Fruit Shop mural.
