Enrolment

We are so pleased you are considering CCAS for your child's educational journey.

Entry into CCAS is subject to availability of places, and we have extensive waitlists for most year groups. Due to this high demand, it is recommended that you contact us to discuss your enrolment prior to applying. To do this, please contact our Enrolments Office.

Before you start your application, please check the helpful enrolment journey section below.

The Enrolment Journey
Step 1 // EXPLORE

Take a virtual tour, attend one of our campus events or book a personal campus tour to explore the campus and ask questions.

Step 2 // APPLY

It's never too early to apply. Although CCAS accepts applications at any time, families are advised to apply well in advance, especially for main intake years (Pre-Kindergarten and Year 7).

When you are ready to take the next step and proceed with an application, please complete our Enrolment Application form online for each child you wish to apply for. A non-refundable $100 Application Fee is payable at the end of the online application; this will secure your spot on the waitlist. Waitlisted applications will remain on the list and automatically roll over each year until an opportunity becomes available for an interview. Please note that not all applications will proceed to interview.

Our interviews take place within the 2 years prior to commencement for Year 7, and within the 12 months prior to commencement for all other grades. Enrolments for the current year will be conducted as positions become available. Entry into year 8 and above is at the principal’s discretion.

Enrolments are prioritised as follows:

  • Siblings of currently enrolled students
  • Children of Alumni
  • By date of application

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call and find out more.

Step 3 // INTERVIEW

Once a position becomes available, applicants will be invited to book a time for an interview with the Principal.

Interviews are held on school days between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm and take approximately 45 minutes. They provide an opportunity for the principal to discuss the school’s programs and answer any questions you may have. We ask that your child attend the interview accompanied by at least one parent/guardian.

For any enrolments for the current year, we will contact families as soon as a position becomes available.

Step 4 // OFFER OF ENROLMENT & ACCEPTANCE

Following the enrolment interview, families will be notified regarding the outcome of their interview. Successful applications will receive a Letter of Offer along with an Enrolment Acceptance Agreement form to review and complete by an advised date. The agreement must be signed by all parents/guardians.

An Offer of Enrolment is confirmed once the Acceptance of Offer form is completed online by the advised date. An additional non-refundable $300.00 Enrolment Fee is also payable. For families enrolling more than one child, the Enrolment Fee is capped at $500.00.

Step 5 // WELCOME TO CCAS

Once we have processed your Offer of Enrolment Acceptance form, you will be sent confirmation of enrolment correspondence outlining commencement dates, orientation days, uniform requirements, and other important details, which will assist you and your child’s transition into the CCAS community.

For students commencing in Kindergarten and Year 7, there will be orientation events for both students and parents. Further information about these events is sent to families close to the dates.
