The Enrolment Journey
Step 1 // EXPLORE

Take a virtual tour, attend one of our campus events or book a personal campus tour to explore the campus and ask questions.

Step 2 // APPLY

Complete the Enrolment Application form online. Applications can be submitted at any time. A $100 non-refundable Application Fee is payable at the form submission.

Families are advised to apply well in advance for main intake years (Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and Year 7) as intake opportunities are limited.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call and find out more.

Enrolments are prioritised as follows:

  • Siblings of currently enrolled students
  • Children of Alumni
  • By date of application

For Years 8 and above, enrolment is at the Principal's discretion.

Step 3 // INTERVIEW

Once a position becomes available, applicants will be invited to book a time for an interview with the Principal.

For the major intake years, most interviews are conducted at the following times:

  • Year 7 - 18 months before commencement
  • Kindergarten - Term 2 the year before commencement
  • Pre-Kindergarten - Term 3 the year before commencement

For any enrolments for the current year, we will contact families as soon as a position becomes available.

Step 4 // CONFIRM

Following the interview, applicants will be sent a Letter of Offer. Once the Acceptance of Offer form is completed online, the enrolment is confirmed.

* In some instances we may require further information prior to the Letter of Offer being sent. We will contact you and let you know if this is the case.

Step 5 // COMMENCE

Additional information is collected, uniform fittings are arranged, and a start date is set.

For students commencing in Kindergarten and Year 7, there will be orientation events for both students and parents. We will share further information about these events with families.
