Enrolment - Next Steps

There are three financial forms above:

  1. Fee Payment Agreement & Financial Account Details (required for all families)
  2. School Fee Payment Liability Form (only for separated/divorced families or third party contributions)
  3. CentrePay Deduction Authority (only for families wishing to direct Centrelink Family Payments to their Fee Account)

Please return the completed forms via email to finance@ccas.nsw.edu.au or return them in person to the Business Office.

The Fee Payment Agreement form gives 3 options for the payment of Fee Accounts:

  • OPTION A: FULL ANNUAL payment made by the DUE DATE
    • You have the option to provide Direct Debit details for a one-off annual automatic payment.
    • The payment will be automatically deducted on the due date, inclusive of the applicable discount.
  • OPTION B: FULL TERM payment made by the DUE DATE
    • You have the option to provide Direct Debit details for automatic payment deductions each term.
    • The payments will be automatically deducted on the due date, inclusive of the applicable discount.
  • OPTION D: A regular PAYMENT PLAN via DIRECT DEBIT
    • Direct Debit details must be provided.
